This return policy is only for items purchased on our website. Please check with our staff for items bought in store.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns once balloons have been inflated, as these items are perishable and cannot be resold. Customized or perishable items are non-refundable. A replacement can be considered upon providing photograph evidence of any damage during the transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please note that the buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund accordingly. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Thank you for your understanding.

Damage in Transit
Though our balloons are packed carefully, they can occasionally be damaged during shipping due to reasons beyond our control. Should you receive damaged balloons, please email our Customer Service team at contact@nivin.co.uk within 24 hours with a photo. This allows us to promptly address the problem.
Solution
If your balloons do not meet our quality standards, we’ll offer either a free replacement on the next available delivery date or a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days, though banks may take an additional 3–5 days to credit your account. Rest assured, your statutory rights are protected.
Toys, Gifts or Accessories Issue?
If any Toys, Gifts or Accessories are unsatisfactory upon delivery, simply contact us at ontact@nivin.co.uk so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Delivery of Balloons
In rare cases, orders might not arrive as scheduled. If this happens, we’ll immediately resolve it by sending a replacement or offering you a refund within 3 days. Banks may need additional processing time for card refunds.
Returns Policy
Inflated balloons cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. However returns will be considered for inflated balloons that are damaged during the transit. For Toys, Gifts or Accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The return postage has to be paid by the buyer and please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Once returned, the items will go through a quality check and once its approved, you’ll receive a refund. Return shipping fees are Buyer's responsibility.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
