Shipping policy

At Nivin Gifts, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless and reliable delivery service to ensure your gifts arrive on time and in perfect condition.

All orders are delivered via DPD Courier with delivery slots available between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. For your convenience, you can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. Please note that no signature is required upon delivery, and your parcel can be left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place if specified.

Next Day Delivery
We offer a next-day delivery option for those last-minute surprises. To take advantage of this service, simply place your order by 12:30pm from Monday to Friday. For Monday deliveries, please ensure your order is completed by 12:30pm the preceding Friday.

For special occasions, we recommend scheduling your delivery for the day before your event to account for any unexpected courier delays.

Our delivery services cover all UK mainland addresses, including London. However, at this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver inflated products to Northern Ireland.
